Occupy Wall Street Demands Global UN Tax and Worldwide G20 Protest
Occupy's busting out on a new path ... So Adbusters is asking people all around the world to march on Oct. 29. "We want to send a clear message that we the people want to slow down this global casino." And Adbusters does have one specific demand, a 1 percent tax on financial-sector transactions (perhaps stocks, bonds, foreign-currency trades and derivatives). Some form of that idea, known as the "Robin Hood" tax, has been around for a while and might actually fly. – Jerry Large/Seattle Times

Free-Market Analysis: Kalle Lasn, founder of Adbusters magazine, based in Vancouver, B.C. – the magazine that issued the call for the initial Occupy Wall Street protests – has called on people to protest the upcoming G20 while demanding a one-percent tax on financial transactions.
The revenue raised would be enormous and the lingering question is where this incredible revenue stream would be directed. The answer is obvious to those who follow what we call "directed history." The intention is likely to fund the UN as part of a final push to rationalize and perfect the initial stages of true world government.
As we have written before, the movement toward world government is happening very quickly now. The ramifications are enormous and people who write off these protests as spontaneous and short-lived are not grasping what is taking place, in our humble opinion.
The financial sales tax has been around for a very long time but has found its most recent voice in a column by Jerry Large of the Seattle Times. He recently gained an exclusive interview with Kalle Lasn, who sounds as if he hopes that a large protest on Oct 29th will mark the beginning of a push for such a tax.
What's going on is pure one-worldism, an OWS ideology that is gradually revealing itself in dribs and drabs. It is one reason that that the OWS leaders have made no specific demands. They have hoped to create a momentum, apparently, before revealing what they are truly after. The movement seems to be part of a larger wave of directed history that has been in play for at least a century and is now reaching a dénouement.
The one-percent tax has been a staple of United Nations demands for more than a decade. Google UN and "one-percent tax" and plenty of information will appear – over three million citations, in fact.
Way back in 1996, a post appearing on "Americasfuture.net," entitled "U.N. Tax Threatens U.S. Sovereignty," explained that United Nations Secretary General Boutros Boutros-Ghali wanted a tax of this sort to make the UN "independent."
Boutros-Ghali wants to finance the nearly bankrupt United Nations by imposing a global tax on foreign exchange transactions. A mere half-of-one-percent tax on these transactions would generate an astounding $1.5 trillion ... The important thing is to establish an independent revenue source.
Lasn doesn't make mention of the UN angle, though it is perfectly possible when demands for this movement are finally fleshed out that we shall discover this tax is to be administered by the UN. For us the entire gamut of protests now occurring are part of a power elite strategy to advance world government.
There is ample evidence that the movement's impetus came in part from US State Dept. facilities created to finance and organize "youth movements" around the world and has had significant input from American Intel and military agencies. This makes sense within the context of Occupy Wall Street's unstated Leftist agenda.
False flag movements generated by the powers-that-be are invariably statist, because that is how they maintain and expand control. Government is a big part of the command-and-control equation, especially if you're trying to build a "new world order." Those involved intimately in Occupy Wall Street would seem to have a leftist agenda, as we've document in numerous articles now. But they also may be willing participants in a false flag venture.
David McGraw, one of the non-leader leaders of the movement, has no journalistic profile going back farther than two years from what we can tell, which is odd to say the least. Matt Taibbi poses as a muck-raker but the solutions he has recently and publicly contributed are extremely statist and tax-oriented. Leftist Adbuster's magazine is at least to some extent funded by the Soros one-world crowd. Here's some more from the article:
Adbusters magazine, based in Vancouver, B.C., issued the first call for people to occupy Wall Street. In its July issue the magazine asked for 20,000 people to show up on Sept. 17. A month in, I asked Adbusters founder Kalle Lasn how he thought the action was going. "As far as the birth of movements goes, I can't imagine a better beginning," he said. It's been wild and messy, he said, but he believes that's to the good. It has people talking, trying to figure out what those folks want.
What Lasn wants is clearer. For two decades, the international magazine has been attacking consumer capitalism as the center of many of the world's ills. He'd like an economic system friendlier to humans and to the environment ... The demonstrators are saying they want a different kind of future. Lasn says they are learning from each other different ways to eat, to get around, to collaborate, different ways to get information ... People feel in the pits of their stomachs that things are not right economically or politically. He praised the Tea Party for recognizing that and trying to do something about it, even though he doesn't agree with its diagnosis ...
Now in the Occupy movement, he said, "the political left has showed some chutzpah." But ultimately, he said, the solutions won't be found by clinging rigidly to the left or right. "We want to have more variety and more debate and to get rid of the corruption at the heart of our system." In two weeks, leaders of the G-20 (the world's largest economies) will meet in France, and Adbusters wants to send them a message. At the least, it may get people thinking a different path is possible.
Lasn's language is revealing. He wants to "get rid of the corruption at the heart of the system." In fact, there is no corruption at the heart of the system. It is the system ITSELF that is corrupt. But it's Lasn's job as an apparent employee of the world's great banking families to position the dialogue in a way that is most advantageous to the expansion of global governance.
No doubt there will be protests on October 29th. The controlled mainstream media will make sure they occur. The Anglosphere power elite has now deliberately set in motion a series of protests designed to leverage and focus the Western middle class's current rage over the failing worldwide economy by providing behind-the-scenes command and control.
Next may come demands for more globalist solutions to ensure that "transparency" is implemented in government along with so-called "direct democracy" – as we have analyzed them in the recent past. Even the way forward is beginning to become clear. McGraw, Taibbi and Julian Assange of WikiLeaks fame are all involved in this movement as young leaders, and all seem to us, possibly anyway, part of a kind of directed history as well.
They are the stars of the show and the masses of young protesters following them are the manipulated "extras" that provide credibility for the larger movement in an unknowing way. And this is why we have floated the idea that libertarians ought to "get out and get out now." Start another movement that uses the Occupy Wall Street notoriety without providing it further viability. That's what Alex Jones did with his newly-created anti-Fed movement. It likely can be done.
Conclusion: What is surprising is the boldness with which the great banking families and their enablers and associates are moving. Perhaps they are panicked by what we call the Internet Reformation and its truth telling, which has fully exposed their strategies and existence as never before. Perhaps, swaddled by unimaginable wealth and power, they just don't care.

You people are loons. It is estimated that 50-75% of stock market transactions, both here and in Europe, are flash trading. That's a computerized trade lasting less then 20 seconds, which takes advantage of mathematical discrepancies, and cannot in any sense be considered as investing in anything. A transaction tax hopefully would stop that nonsense. As for who runs the stock market, it's the insiders of all religious persuasions. I think the last two guys indicted are East Indians. So perhaps you Republican trolls can latch onto this as the next conspiracy.

The ramifications of a transaction tax are incredible. First, Wall Street will have to keep records of EVERY SINGLE TRADE - and then sooner or later YOU will likely have to keep a record of YOUR transactions as well. You really think the elites running the West care about leveling the stock market's "playing field?" They are after the great middle class in every way all the time. The "revolution" of 1917/1918 brought the Sowjet Union, Maos 1927 "uprising" brought the "Peoples Republic". The murder count of 60 Mio and 90 Mio murdered, respectively, is only the peak of the iceberg of these police states. Both also producedeconomical and ecological desasters. Both were threaded by the very same intl. banking and power cartells as is the OWS "revolution" / "uprising".
Revolution is garbage. The enabler of corruption is centralisation, and a "worldwide revolution" as the OWS claims will aggravate it. The sheeps are hyping and marching right into their butcherhouse, again.

Having read much up-to-date info on the Global Plans and hearing much factual evidence from reliable media, I knew immediately that the so-called Occupy Movement is just another fast moving part of the UN and Globalist plan to demolish any individual national/personal loyalties and self-determinations so as to destroy all to the level of servitude to the elites who would control and own all. Sadly, our youth today are being brainwashed(in more ways than one!)and manipulated to further something that will not bless them.
Spiritual/nationality significances indicate ability to dominate and thus are hated if not submissive/agreeable to the Global takeover. Much of the reason for many of these groups is anything but what they profess!(UN organised & otherwise) As for humanitarian welfare and rights: just another facade for "do it my way for me" control... numerous gross violations globally that the UN, etc. never mention/care about nor act upon are glaring!

Any person who believes in God is a target of the NWO. The same holds true for anyone with an independant, free spirit.
The OWS folks must realize, as individuals, that their cause can lead to their own subjugation. Let's help them knock down some of our favorite dragons.
We know their conclusions will be wrong. So what, all human conclusions are wrong in the long run. DB should sponsor a public debate, one dragon at a time, starting with the FED.

"The self described democratic-socialist Senator from Vermont, Bernie Sanders, has announced he has formed a panel of experts to advice him on drafting legislation to reform the Federal Reserve. Sanders is not your Ron Paul type Fed reformer.
Sanders said he would work with economic experts to "develop legislation to restructure the Fed and tighten rules on conflicts of interest, ensure that the Fed fulfills its full-employment mandate, increase transparency, protect consumers and reduce income inequality."
He is specifically objecting to a recent GAO report that shows top executives from Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan Chase, General Electric and other firms sat on the boards of regional Federal Reserve banks while their firms benefited from the central bank's policies during the financial crisis.
However, his panel of experts is simply a branch from the same insider tree. They include:
•Joseph Stiglitz, who has been an apologist for the banksters since he learned to talk, and is a former chief economist for the bankster enforcement arm, the World Bank.

•Robert Pollin, co-director of the Political Economy Research Institute and economics professor at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
•Stephanie Kelton, associate professor at the University of Missouri, Kansas City and a research scholar at the Center for Full Employment and Price Stability, among her many gems, she wrote, "Financing State and Local Government Infrastructure Investment". It's probably just a coincidence that the banksters are behind the movement at the Chamber of Commerce for government infrastructure investment.
•James K. Galbraith, a professor of government at the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs. He is totally Keynesian and anti-free markets.
With this sad collection of interventionists and bankster apologists, Sanders should just hand the program over to Lloyd Blankfein, BofA CEO Brian Moynihan and Kalle Lasn. Why deal with second class misfits, when the first class scoundrels will be more than happy to help?"

In a recent article he makes reference to this fact although his actual words are "just a few families". The number eight is mentioned elsewhere in his writings, the Cross of Bethlehem I believe, or I could have read it elsewhere. In the first letter of the apostle Peter to the twelve tribes in the diaspora he makes reference to the meaning of "few": "In the ark a few, that is eight souls, were delivered through water." (1 Peter 3:20b)

"Shalit was part of Brigade 188 - also known as Barak (lightning) - a subunit of Division 36, which is the armored vehicles unit controlling the occupied Golan Heights. This division's activities within Syria are described in The Cross of Bethlehem. The 188 brigade is based on Merkava tanks. The last were designed and constructed in Israel. Just like the many onerous regulations that hurt small businesses more than the megacorporations, a one percent tax on financial transactions will hurt the little guy more than it will the Wall Street fat cats it is intended to punish.
Many senior citizens are already suffering from the absurdly low interest rates which are forcing them to either draw down their principle (eroding their savings) or accept more risk than anyone their age should be taking on. Adding this tax could be the final blow for many of them.
And what impact will this have on the mutual funds so many people have invested in via their 401K or other retirement plan? Won't the fund's performance be affected if every time the manager rebalances the portfolio, the transactions incur this tax?
Everyone will be poorer, but the rich won't feel the difference as much.

Thanks Timur for your thoughtful posts in this string. I tend toward a similar assessment of the approaching events. The reason for my tendency to lean toward a cautiously optimistic outcome for these events are the afforementioned complexities that you refer to. From these complexities spring the Law of Unintended Consequences (As described by wiki below)
"In the social sciences, unintended consequences (sometimes unanticipated consequences or unforeseen consequences) are outcomes that are not the outcomes intended by a purposeful action. The concept has long existed but was named and popularised in the 20th century by American sociologist Robert K. Merton.[1] Unintended consequences can be roughly grouped into three types:
A positive, unexpected benefit (usually referred to as serendipity or a windfall).
A negative, unexpected detriment occurring in addition to the desired effect of the policy (e.g., while irrigation schemes provide people with water for agriculture, they can increase waterborne diseases that have devastating health effects, such as schistosomiasis).
A perverse effect contrary to what was originally intended (when an intended solution makes a problem worse), such as when a policy has a perverse incentive that causes actions opposite to what was intended".
The events that are to come are indeed going to be quite disruptive. Obviously the Anglo Elites have gone to GREAT lengths to ensure the deck is stacked in their favor. However, due to the many non-linear and thus unpredictable consequences I will choose to lean, as it appears you do, toward an optimisic longer term outcome since all the variables are not yet known.

I believe Nazism has a basis in racial theory that is lacking in the Mussolini type of Fascism. They are of course both authoritarian ideologies with very similar ideas about how society should be organised and, as I have said before, the EU architecture was the brainchild of Walter Hallstein the first president of the European Commission who was also a member of the IG Farben Cartel connected to the Rockefeller group. It is I believe the racial theory that differentiates the two.

This perspective places the developing strategy of the Oligarchy in the Nazi version of Fascism with its racial theory underpinnings. This would also indicate the occult influence I have mentioned from time to time since the Nazis were I believe directed along this line by their controllers in the global cartels. The July 22 killings in Norway were the work of a Muslim hating Zionist and this attitude has been deliberately cultivated I believe by the multicultural policies encouraged by the Oligarchy. There is I believe a reversal of this programme underway in official circles once more on the instructions of the Oligarchy.
The Israeli influence is very marked and no doubt motivated by their own racial supremacist thinking. It is also a fact that Israel itself is controlled by just eight families.
Whether the Oligarchy, whoever they are, are successful in fully implementing their strategy it is there for all to see. There are many who believe they are unstoppable but my own belief is that they will fail with a resounding crash very suddenly.

How an alleged anti-semitic, anti-consumerist environmentalist (Kalle Lasn) can be associated with bringing down the corporate cartels centred on the central banking network and be supported in this by George Soros may be somewhat elucidated by Mr. Shimatsu if one accepts his perspective.
The 1% tax, the Tobin tax, was in fact mooted at the very outset by Webster Tarpley who so far as I am aware is not connected with the organisers. After reading the article in the Seattle Times I am puzzled as to why the 1% tax idea was tagged on at the end .
It doesn't seem to fit in with the rest of what Lasn says. Perhaps he himself as Adbusters would like to see that happen but he doesn't speak for the movement so it may be a little misleading. Here is the article so others can decide for themselves what it is about.

What Lasn says in the article coincides very well with everything else that I have read about the thinking of the organisers. At that time it was my belief that the organisers are aware of being used by the elites to fulfil their agenda.
However they also believe that history (there is a nice Marxist word) is on their side and that it is their agenda of global direct democracy and global justice (whatever that means) with the destruction of the present system that will prevail. Perhaps they are both right... or both wrong. My belief is that it is the latter. Nevertheless we are living in interesting times.

It seems to us something of a meme - that the Nazis are resurgent. A way of confusing the issue and taking the heat off the central banking families.
The writer even admits that the movement is backed by Soros and British military intelligence. Then he has to make the argument that both Soros and MI5 and 6 are secret Nazi sympathizers! ...
And why does this sort of admitted fascism have to be GERMAN. Isn't the Anglosphere good at fascism, too? Seems they may even have dreamed it up ...

This network being suspected, thankyou for the info. Now we need the link as to how THEY, the network, groom and fund the campaigns of government officials. Once in, their operation proceeds via. public debt. The timing is critical. Before the debt bomb explodes, they need the inroads to have been paved.

This will never pass in the US. Tax bills must originate in the House so it's dead, not that it would have any chance in the Senate. Recall that Kyoto failed miserably in the Senate back when Global Warming had a lot more momentum.
