Conspiracy Theory Goes Mainstream?
By Staff News & Analysis - April 16, 2014

The Astounding Conspiracy Theories of Wall Street Genius Mark Gorton … Mark Gorton is a prominent financier and a respected entrepreneur. He founded the music sharing site Limewire, and he runs Tower Research, a famed high-frequency trading firm. Gorton also believes that the "ruthless" secret cabal that assassinated JFK and planned 9/11 could be coming to kill his family. Mark Gorton does not have a reputation as a crackpot. Quite the opposite. He's been favorably profiled in the New York Times for his business acumen and charitable deeds. … He is a very respected and very wealthy man. – Gawker

Dominant Social Theme: More and more aberrations. Smart people can be dumb!

Free-Market Analysis: Feedbacker Alaska forwarded this astounding article posted at the well known website Gawker.

Alaska's point is that Gawker is a kind of gatekeeper for the mainstream media, and by publishing this article before someone else does, Gawker editors can "spin" it in the appropriate direction.

The appropriate direction, of course, is one of subdued mockery and disbelief. But reading the article, one gets the feeling that age-old "damage control" revolving around denouncing someone as a "conspiracy nut" is just not as effective as it used to be.

In this Era of the Internet, the power elite has been exposed as never before. It is probably safe to say that never has a specific elite group been deconstructed with such vehemence and, on occasion, in a real-time context.

In the modern world, it is necessary for ruling classes to remain opaque to the ruled in the modern demos. But this is not happening anymore. There will be ramifications.

The myth that is propagated is that democracy determines who leads and that, therefore, average people are picking the personalities to run the system. If what we call directed history becomes too obvious, then the system begins to collapse. In fact, this is exactly what is happening.

This Gawker article provides us with yet further evidence. Here's more:

This week, we were forwarded documents that Gorton was sending out to employees at Tower Research. These documents—embedded at the bottom of this post—are essays by Mark Gorton, laying out his theories on the secret high-level murderous criminal "Cabal" that is responsible for, among other things, the JFK and RFK assassinations, the presidential careers of the Bushes, Clinton, and Obama, the Oklahoma City bombing, the 9/11 plot, and the murder of countless witnesses, politicians, and journalists who sought to expose them, including Sen. Paul Wellstone and even Hunter S. Thompson.

Everything, according to Gorton, has been an inside job. It is really something. The longest and most complete of Gorton's essays is titled "Fifty Years of the Deep State." To give you a taste of what he believes, a few brief excerpts.

On the JFK assassination: The assassination of JFK was part of a full scale Coup d'état, the violent takeover of our government by a group of criminals. I have not the slightest doubt in my mind that JFK's assassination was the work of a network of criminals embedded within the political system and power structure of the United States.

Key among the players in the Coup of '63 were LBJ; Allen Dulles and the CIA; J Edgar Hoover and the FBI; right wing Texas oil executives including Clint Murchison Sr., H.L. Hunt and D.H. Byrd; the East Coast business establishment centered around Rockefeller interests and the Council on Foreign Relations; Curtis Le May (chairman of the joint chief of staff), other right wing leaders of the military and elements of military intelligence; and the Bush family (both Prescott and George H.W. Bush)…

LBJ planned to kill JFK from the moment he considered becoming vice president. And Gorton believes that the plotters of the assassination were ready to literally start a nuclear war as part of the coverup: The contingencies beyond how to blame Oswald were much more serious. If it were superficially obvious that JFK's killing was the result of a conspiracy, Castro was to be blamed, and an invasion of Cuba was to quickly follow.

… Yesterday, we called Mark Gorton to ask him about the authenticity of these documents. After a long pause, he said that he was mulling over the "consequences for me" if these documents came to light. Like what? "People killing me and my children," he said. "This has the potential to change my life." Gorton did confirm that he wrote the essays, though, which he described as works in progress.

One can postulate other reasons to write this article and publish these extracts. From what we can tell, Gorton's theories for one reason or another do not seem to expand the cartel to its logical conclusion – which would include, chiefly, the City of London and the internationalist banking class.

But no matter: These emergent presentations – whether limited hangouts or sincere historical revisionism – show us that extraordinary steps are needed to control the damage being done by the Internet Reformation.

And ultimately, it is not controllable.

We are not shy about taking credit here, by the way. For the past decade at least, we have pioneered an analysis of how the power elite works, via what we call directed history. And ever since we made the connection between the Gutenberg press and the upheavals it apparently caused 700 years ago, we have been forecasting a similar situation today.

Real history is a conflict between elites and the middle classes they seek to control. It's all about money and power, or it's been that way for at least the past several millennia.

Middle classes are usually at a disadvantage, but these days something new is happening. Modern information technology is destroying the elite stranglehold on a chosen narrative. In doing so, it is shifting the balance between the oppressed and the oppressor.

This certainly happened as a result of the Gutenberg press and now it is happening because of the Internet. The leak of certain emails virtually derailed the elite global warming scheme.

And more recently, a leaked conversation showed that the US was behind a good deal of the events taking place in Ukraine. The Bundy standoff with the Bureau of Land Management can certainly be attributed to the Internet.

And now there is this – a cogent series of exposés of the corruption of a US political "cabal" by an otherwise respected and credible source.

Are Western elites afraid of continued anomalous exposés and confrontations? The incredible buying spree of bullets and weaponry by US governmental agencies would seem to attest to that.

But ultimately, the Internet Reformation is not going to be stopped by bullets. Manufactured history is eroding; Western history will eventually resemble that of ancient Rome more than anything else.

We evolve, as well. We have told the truth about power elite dominant social themes; now we are taking advantage of our analysis to present investment ideas. (See below.)

Over time, we expect that much of our historical analysis will be adopted one way or another by the mainstream media. But it will still be twisted to disguise the true sources of instability in the world – monopoly central banking and modern corporate personhood.

After Thoughts

Those in charge will continue to fight against the truth and delay its revelation for as long as they can. But truth is fairly unstoppable and the results of its dissemination will be significant, indeed.
