With the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks just around the corner, Canada’s state-run media has issued a directive to all personnel not to refer these events as “terrorist attacks”.
Reminding me of the time the US MSM called a sniper firing at Donald Trump’s head “loud popping noises“, the CBC has ordered all references to 9/11 to be framed as “hijackings that led to passenger jet crashes”.

The news broke after former Canadian pundit Warren Kinsella disclosed being cc-ed on a “presumably confidential” email from Senior Director of Journalistic Standards and Public Trust at CBC News, Basem Boshra.
MSM coverage of the directive has been muted, with the Toronto Sun initially breaking the story and the National Post grudgingly picking it up afterward. Nothing from the CBC, the Toronto Star, the CTV or the myriad other agitprop factories in Canada who rely on taxpayer funding and subsidies for their continued existence.
Is it any wonder Canadians distrust the MSM?

With an escalating trade war occurring between the world’s largest bilateral partnership (in economic terms), don’t expect a shred of decorum from the Canadian media as the fateful anniversary approaches.
